Nah, Collingwood Uber Alles will be fine!Troppo wrote:Well, well, well DL ... and just what might you prefer to see on the Anzac Day song list, hmmm?
Not Deutschland Ueber Alles, by any chance?
No doubt, but his voice is like fingernails on a blackboard.Troppo wrote:No need to dis John Williamson - at least he's a patriotic Aussie.

...And the DL said : "Nah, Collingwood Uber Alles will be fine!"
FYI - final lines of Dolly Gray go:
"Alle die Zuschauer toben
Wie die Zuschauer toben sollten
Alle die Trophaen sind leicht gewinnen
Fuer das gute alte Collingwood!!!!"
Thanx 4 being a sport! As far as your lack of Williamson appreciation goes, I can only refer you to the Glimmer Twins advice of all so many years ago - "You caint always git what you want!"

The Pies are very confident -and why not- They have won two games -comprehensively- after all!
On the other hand, Essendon might struggle without the influence of Lloyd at FF.
But I am never confident leading into these matches. Essendon have beaten us far too many times for our liking's.
Payback time, Is it? We wait patiently.

Quite simply, this is a game we must win. Not just for the obvious 4 points, but for us to see if we really are a genuine top 4 side! We are fit, firing and in good form and the reality is that the job has been made just that bit simpler without Lloyd! If we are a top 4 side, we must win the games we should win and go into games not just thinking we can win, but knowing we can win. There is a big difference between the two!
We should win this by between 4-6 Goals and have them at arms length for most of the day which is a comfortable win!
