Couldnt just be satisfied with a solid win could you. Just had to still find a way to have a dig. Very sad.

I think you would find most people who are not tainted with to much bias would say there is nothing unfair about that commnet. It certainly wasnt meant as a dig, rather a statement of fact.

You could not argue that we played 2 poor quarters yesterday. The first half was very scrappy. All the Aw and C9 commentators thought so.

Equally, Craig reacted by changing his plan when we got over the top of them last week. It worked for him and they went on to win. Smart coaching. Yesterday, Clarkson did not react to Rocca......and you would have to be on another planet to think the failure to do that cost them a number of goals. Commentators on AW and 9 agreed.
No problem at all with the comments on poor quarters. But what purpose did the MM comment related to last week serve. We all argued our cases last week about that but you just had to bring it up again and show your anti MM bias. If you want to have a go at MM, at least discuss something relevant from this week.
I was...............the MM comment related to the fact that he was not out coached this week. Read that as + or -.

Anyway, you are clearly an MM fan who cannot hear any critiscm of him. Frankly I am neither a big fan or detractor. Can find arguments to both ends. One win certainly doesnt change my view. 13 and a finals appearance and win will!!!!!!

I think we would both agree that would be fantastic.

DaVe86 - I agree. I think we were also well served by Caracella, who is another with good foot skills. I think Johnno is most effective - as he was yesterday - when he kicks the ball long into our forward line, rather than when he tries to chip it around.

If thats a happy marriage, I prefer to be ....UNHAPPY!

..and Happy Birthday for the other day 3D (fellow Aprilian!)

I think having Carra in the side, aids our sometimes poor disposal, but I think he might struggle to get in our best once our young guys come up to scratch. Lones ditto, but I actually have more faith in Lones. Still reckon Rowey will make the grade. One thing for surewe are developing depth, which puts pressure on blokes to get a game. Nice position to be in.
Enjoy yourself. Its later than you think!

What you said was either too complex or too simple for me.

See what happens when the ball is moved into the forward line quickly- it gives our forward a chance

Interesting what happened though with the 2 security coming down DEFINATELY ON THEIR WAY TO BOOT JOFFA OUT, I KNOW THIS BECAUSE THE SAME 2 DICKHEADS KICKED ME OUT OF THE CRICKET IN THE SUMMER. Then the security gaurd at the fence, the one who runs up the ground with the goal umpire waved them away and everything was OK:? I didnt want Joffa to be kicked out by any means but I think this was already organised but it would have been interesting if someone else had stood up on the fence and waved the kacket around!

Yeah...lets take the Brilliance out of Rocca's performance...he's only played 4 games....big deal...Rocca's played 200 + and coming off an achilles......he's 18 kg lighter...that makes him quicker & why did'nt he punch the ball and run off the big bloke....... I won't wear that bullshit..he had his arse kicked by a better player on the day...The kid may make it for the Dawks...providing he matches up with players having played their 4th game and he matches up V a player with the exact weight.

yet again, a good collingwood victory is made out to be the fault of the other team's players, coaching or strategies, rather than caused by us. Tis always the way and it's never gonna change.

Glad to get the win, but I was really not convinced with our performance. Going to have to kick it up against the Roos.
