Couldnt just be satisfied with a solid win could you. Just had to still find a way to have a dig. Very sad.

The forward line really stood up today. C3 was great early and we know how good pebbles can be. Felt sorry for Tarrant early. Tarrant is actually a VERY good kick but put some goal posts in front of him and he gets the yips. He need a psychologist more than kicking practice as his kicking is fine ... its the bit between the ears that needs some work.

Looking forward to Easter Monday.

I think you would find most people who are not tainted with to much bias would say there is nothing unfair about that commnet. It certainly wasnt meant as a dig, rather a statement of fact.

You could not argue that we played 2 poor quarters yesterday. The first half was very scrappy. All the Aw and C9 commentators thought so.

Equally, Craig reacted by changing his plan when we got over the top of them last week. It worked for him and they went on to win. Smart coaching. Yesterday, Clarkson did not react to Rocca......and you would have to be on another planet to think the failure to do that cost them a number of goals. Commentators on AW and 9 agreed.

Richards is too slow, too dopey please bring in Camma, he adds mungral, he adds bulk and adds more to the team the Richards...

Give him time in the twos then if he performs well bring him back...

As it was my birthday this weekend what better way to grow old than to see the lads slam the dorks. I was wrapt of course with Rocca, Johno and Swan and thought Lonie looked great - unfortunately had to watch it on telly - hopefully we can keep it up next week and give out some vengeance to the roos - i think we could have buried them by more that's my only disapointment - and yes bring in C.Cloke or Fanning for galloping Guy! Well done Lads!

My spin on things:

1. Johnson straightened us up, particularly in the second half.
2. I've been saying Rocca should play FF for a while, nice work Ant
3. Swan was good, hard and fast
4. Thomas is VERY smart
5. Caracalla adds much needed class to the side and is a good link man
6. Tarrant was good, but he still cant kick
7. I like O'Brien - he's got a bit on grunt
8. Fraser was good

Just on my love child, O'Bree, he gathered 24 posessions - did anyone even notice them? Not very damaging.

He continually kicks or handballs the ball too high.... he puts up these little lollipop kicks that take forever to reach the target, allowing for an easy spoil.

I hope Burns replaces him next week.
Beware the swooping Magpie.

One other thing which deserves a mention. What a luxury it is to be able to play Bucks off the half back line. This could prove to be a master stroke by Mick, and help prolong Buck's career for a few more years.

Hats off to Lonie, his skills are sublime when on song. Pleased with most of the team. Thought the only blokes down on form a bit were Dutchy, Carra still didnt overly impress me, went in circles a few times and looked a step behind play for the most. Richards ,ditto. Had some nice tapwork, but I rate Flaps higher at the moment. Swanny continues to impress me, maybe a replacement for Burnsy when he retires, but in the meantime, bring Burnsy and Rhycey back into the mix for extra toughness and pace! Its great now we have depth and pressure on those above. Still heaps of improvement all round to be had. I'm enjoying the ride!
Enjoy yourself. Its later than you think!

Quite possible the most moronic posts ever placed on any bulletin board EVER.
Richards was more than servicable against a ruck combo that stitched up Sandilands/Longmuir last week. You can not seriously believe that Fanning would have been so competitive against Biglands/Clarke Everitt/Brown the way Richards has? And how much better will he get if he stays injury-free???

It is not time yet - but all you Richards baggers out there are soon to be exposed for having as much football credibility as Terry Wallace!!
