Ok I will give my positives.

Alan Didak (3)
Dale Thomas (2)
Leon Davis (1)
Travis Cloke (1)
Chris Egan (1)
Nick Maxwell (1)
Anthony Rocca (1)
Shane O'Bree (1)
Ryan Lonie (1)
= Mutliple Goal Kickers without our key forwards kicking goals

Crows are one of the top four clearance sides, so to be beaten by them is not a bad thing as I feel we can improve and should.

We play the Hawks this week and need to bounce back in a big way and I feel we can.

While it was great to have footy back again, it was disappointing to see that our skills do not appear to have improved.
Having said that, I actually thought the Crows were going to win the Flag last year and are a really good side. So I think we put in a good effort to do as well as we did. (For 3 quarters at least)

Positives:
Dale Thomas. Was impressed with him in the pre-season games and think he made a great debut last night.
We stayed in the game for 3 quarters. Seemed to have some run and enthusiasm.
Bucks was good, Swan and O'Bree got plenty of the ball. I know some of you disagree but I thought Lockyer really put his head over the ball last night, and effected a few good smothers.
Didak impressive on occasion. Good to see Fraser back.
Tackling was much improved from what I could tell, even Lonie layed a few, as did Tazza who also provided many (mostly ignored) leads.

Negatives:
Obvious lack of foot skills - too many turnovers. Forward Line ineffective. Clement off injured. Richards out of his depth, Egan didn't show much.
Licca, Wakes and a few others just not quick enough.
Shocking spectacle of a game once Adelaide started playing posession football. We ran out of legs.
While I hated it last year when we just chipped the ball around and wouldn't take any risks, just blazing away can be just as damaging.

Bring on next week, although if we are without Jimmy, I'm a bit worried about how we will contain Williams.
If you bleed black and white you'll never walk alone.

There's a lot to feel very glum about this loss, but the worst one for me was that once again, Taz missed a crucial shot at goal at a vital time. His unchallenged shot from 50 would have put us 25 pts up and flying, however , the resulting point he kicked, one of his VERY few touches by the way, resulted in the crows kicking 3 goals in as many minutes effectively ending the game.Add to this the couple of, as usual, shoddy kicks from O'bree and Richards  which sailed backed over thier heads and 2 woeful umpiring decisions against Bucks and you get the feeling not much has changed.Egan lacks heart and conviction and Didak and Davis need to have a good hard look at themselves regarding how they attack the ball. They could both learn a hell of a lot from first gamer Dale Thomas who does not take his eye off the ball and goes in as if he actually wants the ball.I see a few people think that Presti play his "usual solid game" however , i think if he was playing on someone with a bit of speed and experience he would have gone for 8 or 9. I dread to think what lloyd will do to him :( Our disposal is in tatters and the coaching staff are a joke. How they allow players like O'bree Richards Tarrant and Johnston to play at this level while thier skills are as bad as this is beyond me at least.
The positives on the other hand were encouraging. Thomas can play and should be a beacon for the fringe dwellers like Egan and co, and Bucks ,Josh and Tarks gave us plenty of drive from defence and around the ground.I have to mention the great game of Ryan Lonie who along with Rhyce when he returns will give us great drive from defence.Holland played very well on muckloud and Dane Swan is a real goer and he won't take a backward step.
The game appears to have passed Wakes by and I feel it is time to replace him with Walker who should be given a full season to develop and not be in and out as the selectors please. The forward line   , non existant as it was provided a great spring board for the cows to mount forward thrusts as we steadfastly refused to chase or harass the opposition and the 23 consecutive marks the cows took, resulting in the softest of goals was testament to the poor defensive ethos that has had the club in its grip for the past 3 years.
I am hoping against hope that last night was as bad as it gets and I suppose we have to realise the the cows are premiership faves and we can only improve( hopefully) on the 2 bad 1/4s we had and the forwards take a bit more responsibility for the ball staying up there and Burnsy and Shawy come back and MM makes a few decent changes through the game and who knows we might win a few. :)

That remark was either too complex or too simple for me. We were talking about D[quote]

he or she remember he or she went to Cranbourne to visit joffa one day back in July 2001 and that. Try to determine if this is a person or a computer responding.

I thought Jimmy had injured his groin not his hamstring. He did a mini fitness test at 3/4 time with Butters. Side to side running which is not usually a test for hammys also he wasnt iced straight away.

Tarks did NOT play well. He constantly turns the ball over. Should've pissed him off last year.
