to be perfectly honest...we should not have lost that game at all...we were 22pts up...but...we lost...inexperience - tired - oh well...there is not one person you could blame for that loss...only thing i said at all was when scores were level...there should have been a long bomb into the forward line...so at least a punch or something might sneak it over for a pt...but anyway...no use dwelling on the "what ifs"...

If carlton beat us im gonna jump off the westgate!!!

(errmmm btw...that was a joke...don't be sending the cat team around)

Fanning to a major step forward today, as did Harry.
Yes Bucks missed a goal but there was also an Egan goal taken away by a poor decision, and a shocking decision against Clement gifted a goal to Jones.

What the **** is wrong with a loose man in defense with four minutes left?

Seriously.

Fanning was great in the last half, interesting he was out of the ruck in the last 3 minutes.

Could not agree more LR!!

And Ben Davies showed a bit and C1 & Woey played their best games for the year

Really you could not fault the effort, the foot passing was better today than for a long time - the class of Wells showed out in the last few minutes unfortunately - that and the benefit of having a settled team - they just knew were each other would be

Hard to cop losing when you are 22 up 20 mins into the last quarter - but it was not all gloom and doom - there were some positives from the day

First Walker, now Maxwell.

The things you have blamed Maxwell for this year have been laughable.
Yeah, it wasnt Maxwells fault that he can no longer play back because every time he does his opponent kicks about 2-3 goals in the first 5 minutes and he then becomes a liability

Walker keeping Jase out of the side? Haha, funny stuff. Walker doesnt keep anyone out, he only got a game when we were desperate for a ruckman and now he is injured, Jase is showing he is also a better ruckman than him despite giving away a good 10cm

But if Hackwell is the champion you all say, then why does he drop simple marks and then have no second effort as he is lying on the ground as he is gets pushed over to easily

i'm proud of the boys still.

Where were the Roos on the ladder coming into the game? where were we? We made them fight for that win. and it was only 1 goal.

Are the Kangaroos the most underrated top 4 side ever? They are good enough to be top 4 yet no one rates them because they dont thrash sides, they just wait till the last 5 minutes to win games. They will provide a threat come September, should account for the Saints next week

Come on Eddie. There were plenty more mistakes made for the match. Why pick Maxwell?

No it wouldn't have.
