Umm has Walker been getting much game time at WT? I was under the impression his ankle is still stuffed and he was played because there was no other option with Presti going out. Didn't he go down the rooms for pain killers?

I'm pretty sure he will still be around next year given his contract does not expire for another year I think.

that was a shocking game by the magpies!!

we keep on kicking out wide!! we need to kick down the middle. our forward line did not work and our midfiled got SMASHED by the saints.

Thought Clarke and Martyn batted well.

Harmison was the pick of the bowlers....

Flintoff has got the mad stare ... I reckon we should draft him next year.

I wouldn't mind seeing Pietersen line up at full forward.

can't kick, can't tackle and can't mark, question is how many of the team that played last night bit those categories?

Another Highly Skilled, Clinical, Inspired performance from the boys again!
I am glad our boys are playing for their positions next season. I would hate to think of what they would dish out if they weren't!

Inredibly disappointing effort from the boys last night. I never thought wew were going to win, but after the public lashing they received last week, I expected at least a contest (for at least some of the game)

Skill errors - unbelievable that we just CANNOT hid targets, tackling was non- existent for most, soft and unaccountable football.

Thought Leon was one of our best. Also thought Clemo, Bucks and Woey were good.

Bad:Tarks (what has happened to you?), Walker (has no idea Im afraid), Lones (I hate to say it), Licca (no influence on game), Cara (must be injured)

Hard to see us winning another game this year.

Was extremely difficult to sit there and have Saints supporters (mostly theatre goers sitting around us on level 2) laughing at us. VERY hard to take.

Lift your game Pies - just NOT good enough

Look there is plenty to be negative about but you have got to remember we have an enormous injury list and this is a process of determining who should and should not be there next year. It is also a process of letting other clubs look at some of our trade bait.

So what the MC took out last night was;

Heath Shaw can play - needs to be fitter. His disposal when not under pressure was good.

Leon - can play in the middle if he can get fitter. Everytime I see him in there he is getting clearances

JC - Has improved overhead. Did not get outmarked all night. Also competed well in the ruck.

Licuria - running on the spot. This guy has played poor footy for months. May be big trade bait!

Egan - can play wing. Needs to improve disposal when under pressure. Also appears a tad soft!

Lonie - Jury is out!

Woey - we may get something for him in trades after all! Was ok.

Lockyer - they will probably try to release him.

Looking fwd to seeing Davidson, O'Brien come in.

Wouldnt spend to much time on Johno - Eddie said he was playing hurt as was Walker (does make you wonder why then didnt Hall play)!

Soft tackles that didn't stick, players not accountable for their opposition, team mates not sticking up for each. We deserved to lose & we damn lucky it wasn't more.

Heater did ok, made a few mistakes but you expect that for a first gamer. Egan also made a few mistakes but kept running all night & kept finding the ball, he will be dangerous when he gets his skills up. J Clo battled hard all night, I would seriously rather watch him busting his guts every week than players like Walker doing nothing.

Tarrant still can't buy a free kick on a night they were a dime a dozen in St Kilda's forward line, looked ok but heart is broken & confidence is shot. The delievery to him at times was more than OK but he still failed to take it.

Bucks & Clement always 100%.

Tarks? Plenty of touches but struggled to hit a target 20 metres away. I was a fan, but getting converted to the dark side week by week.

Carrotts & Lonie great finishes, but we don't need 2 players that don't get the hard ball. One has to go & I personally prefer Lonie as he is more versitile & more of a running player.

Considering they are all playing for their futures, very disappointing.
