Looking at the Saints on paper - they're a little suspect i think!!!
Trouble is, so are we
IF we had a fully fit team [i know i shouldn't really do that to myself], it would be a very interesting contest!
Still, good to see some new blood,.... well recycled ancestor's blood at the very least!

Swan & Rowe were dropped for displine reasons not for form. Turned up late for training. Agree tough call considering Swann has been playing good footy, but may as well teach him a leason now to at least give the impression that they are in control of their players. The omission of Swannie is the absolute shocker of the year

I hope Tex plays a blinder and that JC too does a great job. I agree with the dropping of Rowe after seeing him for the past few weeks (inconsistent and soft) and although a bit harsh, I expected the dropping of Swan because just lately, he has been off his game and a spell at Willy will do him the world of good. Tough on Cole too but he just did not do enough last week and blokes like Tex and Heath MUST be given a fair go to impress in the seniors as well. All in all considering their current position, I agree with all the changes. What they need is a huge lift in attitude, commitment and hardness at the fall of the ball. Show no mercy!
35forever, there are TWO sides to every story. Ray Shaw wrote some terrible things about the club and some then current players in a copy of an old Inside Football magazine that I still have. It was , unprofessional, unwarranted and indisciplined stuff from him as a former captain to go public with such issues before first talking to the club. I lost a fair bit of respect for him at that point. It is NOT all the fault of the club.
