in: Didak, Yakka, Rusling.......(Cam cloke is not getting the surgery until years end so is a chance to play)
out: Lockyer, Travis Cloke, Johnson
Tough but i think its time we give yakka a shot and Trav Cloke a rest.
Id like Lockyer and Johnson to have a week off after their pathetic efforts last week. I think Cole needs one more week, atleast he showed hardness at the ball. Id give him 1 more week to familiarise himself with the pace. Agree that Hall should get another run.
Jason Cloke, Cameron Cloke and Woewoedin would all have to be close to selection this week as well. Im going to training tomorrow so ill see who trained well and will make a more informed decision on the ins and outs.
Last week on the tuesday i tipped Cole and Hall to play and both did. I admittingly tipped j cloke to play but was way off there. See how i go this week

Who knows
Rusling and C.Cloke are not on some injury lists so its pretty hard to suggest changes. But assuming our rotten luck has changed I'd:
IN: C.Cloke, Didak, Rusling or Woewodin
OUT: Hall (not ready yet), Cole (needs to actually earn a spot) & Rowe (back to willy to regain confidence).
Can we win? Of course. Will we? Probably not. Why? We don't care. And our forward line is totally dysfuntional and looks incapable of kicking straight.
Fingers crossed the players feel threatened about their spot on our list and play for their overpaid careers.

Maxy has to have a go. He would do better then a few others, and at leats he has a crack. With Riewoldt not at his peak due to injury, Maxy has to be the one to get a go. His agility and *pace* for a defender matches up well enough.eddiesmith wrote:Maxy on Riewold? Good matchup that, may as well just let Riewoldt run around on his own up the field, thats how he likes it and it saves wasting a defender on him who will actually chase Riewoldt.
I would put Wakes or Clement on Riewoldt, neither of them or Maxwell could stop him, but I want someone who will punish his shoulder at every contest and an experienced, stronger opponent is the one we need to do this
Does anyone rate Davidson a chance?

When will we get it? Maxy is a forward! GEEZ!!!!
JLC, I agree with your ins, but last week was the first time I've seen anything really good in Rowie (apart from his abysmal goalkicking), and Egan's ten possie last quarter was his best for the club (granted the game was over by then).
Hall didn't do enough, he looks good, but two possies? Leonard, Brayden and Harry O'Brien are all chances too.

And that's the saddest piece of gods honest truth I've heard this year!Once upon of time a bloke carrying a collarbone injury would not have returned early against a Collingwood team. Shows just how soft we are. Bet he'd give it another week if we were the Lions.
