Hi there all you magpies fans,

Just letting you all know that we have our function this week at the Hyde Park Hotel for Rnd 9 against the wet toast weagles.
We at the Western Magpies hope to have a great turn out, to help cheer on our boys and hopefully knock off wet toast.
We will be holding a raffle for the day with some great prizes as well as selling raffle tickets to our major raffle which will be drawn in rnd 22.

i saw a renewed passion in the boys last week and i hope this will help spur them onto a great victory this week.
i can just see the headlines now cellar dwellers knock off west coast!! wouldnt it be great!!

I think we can dream. Hey, that's what most of our lives are about... dreaming of a flag. I saw Star Wars last night at the movies so I'm convinced prophecies will come through. Ed and MM will bring balance to the squad and the prophecy of premierships will be fulfilled!
