And to add a bit, i am over it, how the hell can Davies be a follower, FFS he has played 1 game, and I thought a great game why put so much pressure on the kid he was stuffed last week at half time, I don't understand what is going on we stuff up the whole season and poor old C1 who plays on G Train and Pavlich is the big bad boy, yet O'Bree sure he has done a bit but so what he should be doing 5 times as much and I love Lockyer so i am not going to go there yet
Three words skill skill skill not there if the team plays as positioned. As far as I am concerned congratulations to the backs cause the midfield isn't going to help you and you will be exhaustered by the end

Mick has lost it. O'Bree in the Centre?
One player is the scapegoat from last week's debacle?
This week's coaching moves could involve; Swan taking Richo (as a test of his character), Davies to play on ball for 120 mins (let's see what the kid's got), Presti to play CHF (we need to find out if he can provide an alternative forward target), and Lockyer to take over the captaincy because he will lead by example. And maybe Licca at FF to give Taz a bit of a rest.
And Mick to complain after the game that we really need a Judd or a Ball.

I must admit, I'm at a loss to explain the match committee's decisions this year. Fraser & Didak are nowhere near match fitness, and although I have been defending Mick all season, he lost me by bringing Josh back too early. I thought C1 was far from our worst, and to pin the whole MDM on him (mothers day massacre) is cruel & unneccesary. Tarks is a great player but way out of form. He'll be back but shouldnt be playing. Lones should be playing but I fear he's no longer a Collingwood player. We could use C1 against Richmond, watch Coghlan cut us up. If Cole wasnt injured he'd be dropped, again a very good player way out of form. C2 wont play, he is a future champion, but just not prepared to put in enough. Some of the half-hearted chasing last week was sickening to watch (from many players). I've seen bugger all from Rowe & Maxy lo these last few weeks, and I've yet to see anything at all from Swan. In fact the only two who seem to give a stuff about Collingwood were Shaw (who is owed some apologies around here, but doesnt appear to be getting any) and Taz - If he doesnt get some time up the ground this week I will officially be off Mick.
Tex will get Richo but should be at FF for the WHOLE game. Even Wakes & Jimmy were ordinary last week, something I thought I'd never say.
Trav & Booch are the only glimmers of hope but still have a long way to go & a helluva lot of hard work to put in. If you'd told me two months ago that we'd be no hope against Richmond I would have laughed, but we are tanking now & just hafta hope that theres something as good as Delidio next year.
Did ya see the speccy by the younger Riewoldt on the footy show?
Jezuz it's gonna hurt picking up our third spoon. I just wish I was one of those lucky bastards who could change teams at will. (in the mid-70's I actually bought a Hawthorn scarf, it was no use - I couldnt bring myself to listen to the Hawthorn game on the radio, by quarter time I had the black & white on again and listened to us get flogged. Is there a surgical procedure available? (yeah, I know - a lobotomy, but i just wanna change teams, not be a Carlton supporter!)
My brother was lucky, he was born a Hawk, then changed to the roos in the Carey years. he was thinking about moving on to Brisbane last year! Lucky sod, he's had about ten flags!
But if you have the ability to change teams you were never really a magpie.
Bitchmond by thirty. God I wish I could see even a glimmer of beating anyone, but we just have nothing above the shoulders. We will be putting 22 utterly shattered men on to a field on Saturday and expecting them to win. They dont need dropping, they need help, and they're not getting it. I'm starting to get really pissed off every time a week goes by & I hear nothing of specialist coaches or sports psychs.
It doesnt even fit the tanking scenario, because until these guys get help with the mental aspect of the game we could get three Judds & it wouldnt help. In the meantime, promising kids like Trav & Booch are being destroyed by getting used to a losing culture. How long before these kids get to sing the f@#i&ng song?

Mind you this would explain the non-appearance of Rusling & H Shaw, better to get an occassional win at Willi, than to be humiliated every week.
Next year we'll have Dal Santo, Josh Hunt & Mark Coghlan, but it won't help. They wont help these guys win. It's starting to feel like the Carlton match committee is making the decisions at Collingwood.
The only thing I'm grateful for is that we keep playing on Sundays so the entire weekend isn't spent in depression. I'm getting really sick of depression. I just didn't see this coming.

We are fed constant Lies, Here are a couple of examples within the last week. H.Shaw in? (Where i don't see hime there) Blood young kids? (obree, lockyer and holland aren't what we consider young mm)The injury list. (Do not tell me Licca is not injured)
BTW i hope Fanning is in. I believe he was good against the doggies, A lot of harsh critics here for a first gamer. Good luck fanning if you are in!

I can understand everyone's negativity about this game, but its another week, I have barely given Sunday's game another thought since about Mon afternoon.
Anything can happen in a week in footy.
Im not saying the Pies will win, but some of you are so quick to stick the boot in.
I just want to see the boys play hard and with some heart. We know we are undermanned, but if every player who takes the field on Sunday plays at their absolute best, then anything can happen.
(OK, Im trying to be optimistic here, this board is sooo full of negativity man its depressing!!)

Where going to be owned.. Tigers by about 4-5 goals easy. I hope eagan plays good alongside kingy, I can c us winning a few games this year but i doubt it will happen when players like lones and JC are dropped for ppl like pussy locks, and OB, OB still has what it takes to be effective, locks has lost it... Lets hope we c Mick pulling out some great coaching this week and give the Bitchmond players a shake up.. Jc would have been very handy against their taller slow forward line and lones would have been nice to add some direct kicking to the forwards on a FF.. maybe next week.. When is Davidson going to play and let taz move up the ground, thats when the future of this team will start to unfold, with taz and dids in the mix alongside, johnno, lones , rusling and yakka.. cant wait to c if its going to actually work.

I recon that the boys will stick with them for about 2 1/2 quarters and then it will be all over bar the shouting and the tiges will probably win by 50 points if not more.
