I think everyone, especially Mick Malthouse and the Club have given up to early. Its only round 6 and already they're saying "Play the young kids, play the Williamstown team members". Lets remember bak to 2003 round 7 when Chris Tarrant won us the game against Adelaide. Every1 said it was a do or die game, we luckily won that game and went on to play in the Grand Final that year. I no this years a different case with all our injuries and that, but still, it very early to give the season away. In conclusion, i dont think we'll win this week, although i can c it as a possibility coz we were so bad last week, but no we wont win. Hopefully we wont get flogged though. And Taz gets more goals than Gherig. Taz is a chance for the Coleman, lol yes im an optimistic girl

if we can keep it tight and pressure them i think we are in with a chance. Can we kick enough goals? I think our defense can hold them.
Most worrying is the midfield matchups. They have quality skilled players in there who can hit targets. If we can deny their midfield of posession, win most of the clearances and pump it into the forward line quickly, we are in with a chance. Need C2 and Walker to step up in the forward line to help Taz out for he will no doubt be doubled and triple teamed.
Someone please lock the ball in the forward 50 this week when Taz cant mark it - dont let it be like Anzac day and let the saints run it out of defense as if it was a training drill

It'll be good for us to play against quality opposition for the first time this year, we will be forced to play to their level to be competitive so look to see vast improvements in skill and movement this week. We have played our best footy this year against the better sides (Carlton at the time and the undefeated Kangaroos who we would have beaten by 5 goals if Rocca didnt get injured)
Look for big games from the older players ie/ Burns, Lockyer, Holland after their grilling last week, and lets hope MM doesnt blast the young boys cos all we need is confidence, and anything can happen. 15.1 in a half cant be a one off can it?

Expect the unexpected this week. Saints are cruising - no doubt. And will have little respect for the Pies. We have not been far from the mark barring last week. Our biggest issue will be kicking enough goals. Taz can't fly the flag when he wears two or three at every contest. Daks will be better for the run. If Stretch can play and free C2 we can then see him back at CHF where he showed good form last year. Venue being the G will make a difference. We were there at the G last week, Saints were inside at the Dome. In fact this is their first time at the G this year !!
Definate challenge this week to see if we have the mettle. On form one would pick the Saints no doubt, however the win against the odds versus Carlton did show that these guys can play. On a heart-based prediction Pies by 5 points.

Let all your troubles be forgot for we are Collingwood. We'll fight it out until the end we're Collingwood. So help me Jock.
Two pies and two beers thanks!!

I have actually put some thought into this game, most realist will say what a waste of time sainters but 15goals.. But If dids can go onto ball early, i know he is injured but why would they rush him back, he must be 90% fit by now. Dids should just feed off ball all day and crush him... Nick Del is a weapon, he can find space and is very smooth, he will change pace step back and duck turn(ahh my favorite moves) Shaw can do a number on him and like dids match him with youth and also speed and YES skill finally i can say that..... Now lenny is a long penetrating kick, fast tough, licca onto him all day long... Brod goes straight onto miln the lil *********** and shows him what its all about, this will free up wakes and wakes just double teams all day long.. And miln must be hit hard, as hard as possible, he is worth 4 goals and should be exploited... Our backs are sorted.. The forward line is a problem, if tex or c2 could step up we might be ok.. Taz needs to play out of the SQUARE with another tall in tex or c2, all day the share the loads and try and free up each other for 1on1s, also with these 2 in the square and saints lack of height going long might just work this week, not like last week that was embarrassing.. c3 should be allowed to play chf over anyone, he proved his worth and his left foot is nice long and accurate to go direct to the square.. Lonnie on a ff, burns in a fp.. thats what i would do..
