Injuries:
Johnno spent most of the 3rd qtr off with a "slight concussion"
Fraz landed on his back with a few minutes to go and vomited on the side of the ground. Should be ok.
Burns was off with what seemed like a hammy, but returned late in the 4th to play a hand in the win.
Shultz for the Tiges appears to have broken his ankle. In hospital having x-rays now.

Swearing 50s - bullshit (as Taz rightly said)
Ruck rules - ridiculous, bad bounces = you have to leap early you orange dickheads, they penalise us for their mistakes
Positives
Tazza got his free kick for the year
Richo gave us fan value
Williams may have returned to form
O'Bree's legs were obviously the cause of last year's helicopters
Ant can still kick goals from 70m
Morrison was solid
It's bad being the friday night game as the umpires learn from their mistakes over the course of the weekend. Better off playing on sundays.

Only just managed to beat that rabble with a near full strength squad, a less than satisfactory performance. Was starting to fume when 25 points down but at least they stopped mucking around and finished the game off. Was great to see Williams kick the winning goal with a 9 pointer, he didn't play too bad apart from a goal he basically gave away, lets hope it pumps him up for the rest of the season. A few of the usual suspects struggled. The first three quarters were rubbish, sloppy skills, missing easy shots at goal. However they were hard at it all night and there were some good signs in the last so I'm not too concerned.

Collingwood staged a memorable final quarter fightback to ensure Terry Wallace's career as Richmond coach started off with a heartbreaking loss......
Edit by LD, for those of you who don't know, the AFL get a bit touchy regarding posting of their material on other sites, a Link and the first line or so is best

I can't believe people that went there can be negative about this game. It was an absolute ball to watch, and an amazing atmosphere. Me and my mates were right next to the CS, and it was absolutlely going off a little bit through the last. That was an amazing comeback, I honestly thought we didn't have the passion or tendancy to do it, but, full credit to the boys (and the people who were sitting around me) to get us over the line.
Ha, to be honest, when Willo got the ball and went back, I was like "NOOO! DON'T KICK IT!!!!". Full credit to him for keeping his cool, going back, and kicking it.
