I reckon cole is a great player, but he seems a little loose on the small forwards. Had ablett kciked a bit straighter he would've crushed cole. And i remember cole on Matera, had Matera not dropped all those easy marks, would've kicked a bag on cole.
At least cole will continue to improve.
I'm surpised McG didnt play considering MM "horses for courses" mentality. Maybe, managing his OP?
Also, Rocca was a shocker. Either rest him due to injury or make him play in Williamstown. Somethings not right. He's looked slower and slower every week and i can't remember the last time he took a big contested mark.

cheersquad spent more time bagging the geelong players and the umpires then supporting their team. Or if they were supporting the team, it was after bagging the opposition
Little things like that may have helped us.
Overall though, scarlett and harley (giving tarrant no disposals in the corridor) were the key.
