Absolutely shattered! Drove 10 hours to see us go down by a goal! I was still happy to have been there but I would have rathered go down by 10 goals then 1. :(

Does anyone reckon we can still make the finals? I reckon we still can! Only have to play one more away from home now!

I reckon Presti is now fit, but he will take time to get up to the pace of the game. Personally, I don't think you can judge him on one season. He has performed remarkably for us in the past, I think he has earnt a little more leeway as a result (taking injuries into account).

Dan, unfortunately, I can't see us making the finals. We are 4-9.

Arghh!! what a nightmare - a row of theatre goers behind us and in front of us

Classic statements - "Oh dear I forgot the toubalih"

" Why don't they put the names on the screen - I don't know who they are"

" That wasn't a penalty - he can't punch it away with his arms being held down"

"You can't be given a try for a rotten kick like that" (Cam's goal)

There must be a way to make sure our seats are with Collingwood people - isn't there????? Please someone tell me how before next year

Daks maybe u should do the research.Wakes is finished & Presti is not getting any better, he peaked in the last 2 years. If we put him up for trade do u think he could play F.B at any other club? Definetly not. He cant mark overhead & he cannot kick more 35-45 m. When we kick out how often do we look for Presti? never

Thanks scoobydoo - someone else that sees the real game.

Daks as I ahev stated before -
Stop and think how many goals Taz and Pebbles would kick on them in a full game.

Could you compare Wakes and Presti to Mal and Leppa - no way.

Don't get me wrong I think Wakes has been our best defender for the last 3 seasons - without doubt.

But he is the 2nd oldest on our list and we need to look to replacing him from 2005 onwards.

Presti's stats and his opponents stats speak for themselves - check them and you will see.

Loyalty will not win you games - good players will.

If Presti has been injured Max should have been played as OKeefe shredded him.

The cupboard will be cleaned out and we will be back, it's time to enjoy the footy and relax. Lets enjoy someone else be the laughing stock when they lose to the Bears in the GF. Go Bears!!!

Wakes has a 3 second time lapse from his brain to his hands, he has to go. Presti is a solid defender and he will be at VP/OP next year.

Wakes
O'Bree
Leon
Kinnear
McKee
Shaw

Give them the flick , we will not get anything for them. Well maybe pick 199.

We're getting away from the game and into more interesting "who'll play" discussions, with an emphasis on the performance of the kids at Willi. Time for the Hawks pre-match, eh Mods?

I think Wakelin has been pretty good this year. If anyone is on shaky ground it is Presti. I cannot remember the last time he played a good game. If he lets Holland kill him this week like he did last year he will come under some heat.

Overall Tarrant is the key at the moment. Put him into our team and we win the last two games. The key is trying to find someone who can fill that void across hf when he is out. Maybe Davidson can be that player if his knees come good or maybe we need to search outside the club for that player.

Im not sure if we can get rid of Kinnear as for some bewildering reason we signed him to a two year deal last year....lol

We are not that far away from the good teams so hopefully we can get on a roll.

JLC, you are absolutely correct. Tarrant in our team would have been the extra goal or two we needed......more like 4 or 5 from his boot.

The tribunal has a lot to answer for!!

Listening to Wakes yesterday on foxfooty stating that players are playing 5% less than last year, and that was a big call, but probably correct.

Time for us as supporters to lift that 5% and our players will do the same.

9 wins to come and we are inthe finals.
