After the mid-season break, The Seagulls hit the road again when they travel to Shepley Oval for the clash against Springvale.

An absolute must-win if the 'Gulls are to threaten the eight, and with the possibility that Marcus Baldwin is out for the season, several players will need to step up if Williamstown are to see finals action. Baldy was involved in a head clash in the Bendigo game and suffered severe concussion.

The reserves are also resuming after a two week break, and will be looking to continue their fine form after recent wins over teams that were sitting above them on the ladder in Northern Bullants and North Ballarat.

Game kicks off at 11.15am, with the seniors starting at 2pm.

Dale61, how has Jarrads form progressed through the season? Does he normally start on the bench?

Not normally, but a squad has to be named with allowances for those selected to play for CFC.

In an interview with Gotchy, which has been posted in this forum, Brad said that Luke has been in his best six every week.

BTW, five of those named on the bench will now play.

Well, at least the Willy seniors and reserves both won. Seniors 100-82. Reserves 122-38. Seniors would have been last if they had lost. Reserves still in finals contention with a host of teams on 24 points.

Lets cheer the Willy reserves on to the finals for the remainder of the season.

Nah, no Rupe, but he didn't train all week. He has mentioned he was going on holiday overseas, so he may be out of the country.
