Interesting.. if you compare career avg.s, Noble trumps him in almost every stat.
I try not to compare players often, there are so many variables, and also realise this isn't a trade situation but I can't help but feel a bit deflated with that info.
^ The AFL website has confirmed it - the Club is asleep at the wheel. (Mod Edit - already reported 2 posts up notwithstanding Free Agency period opened today and Trade Period officially opens on the 7th>
^^ Good highlights, hey
GWS is a good source of supply for the rest of the competition.
we're gonna move past you next year and win the premiership. Thanks GWS!

If Perryman is getting $850k in 2025 then in 2024 terms the same contract is $743k (12.5% increase next year).
Not taking into account TPP increases which go to the very best players. I expect Nick's contract would be going up automatically. It is the reason Merrett's management were arcing up earlier this year they had not included TPP increases in this contract.
Loved the down to earth nature of Harry’s first interview in black and white. Great to have another genuine country boy in the team and wish him all the success rolling forward
Ed Allen kicked our last goal of the year at the 58minute mark of the last quarter
I think people should park the $$$ aspect and look at it differently
$850k includes the 10/20% premium you pay for getting a player to move clubs
Given he’s in and Noble is out so nett salary cap impact is around $300/$350k up
Given that the current average salary is over $450k and going up around $40/$50k a season
Finally and I think most importantly if he’s played and a in and under ball getter then that protects Nick from being smashed and getting injured
So how much is an insurance policy worth to protect Nick ?
If I said to you you pay $250/$300k a season to protect Nick would you pay it ?
