Laurie you are talking about a single club - I am talking about the Governing body of our sport.

@jonmac1954 All you're projecting is a personal view via a broad swipe on gambling in society and sport, where the Brownlow vote was additional catalyst for this.
If you're saying the two are naturally mutually exclusive, you'd need to articulate that.
Before gambling, there was alcohol and tobacco advertising / revenues. One was phased out and replaced with a lesser of two evils?
