Neale choking, again - 16 disposals but 10 of them have been handballs, mostly useless. I can’t recall a dual Brownlow Medallist who was as weak as him in big Finals. On other choker-watch, Rayner has had 4 disposals and Hipwood 3 in the half. The 3 of them are at the point where if they can’t turn things around quickly, they need to be cleared out.

McInerney is being pantsed in the ruck, too. True, he’s now got a dislocated shoulder but Stanley toweled him up early before the injury, as well.

The rot started to set in when Geelong was still well in control of the game - Mannagh tried to dribble a goal home surrounded by teammates in better positions and Brisbane got confidence from the let off. And, as I type, Mannagh has hit the post.
