Congratulations to Bruzza! His black hair, fiery eyes and imposing physique are by now part of the Collingwood psyche. He is the enforcer on our backline and deals swiftly and brutally with any opponent who tries to harrass one of ours. He is a magnificent player, and his 200th game is one to be celebrated. Bring it on Bruzza!!
Have a beauty.

'It's very emotional': Maynard opens up on private pain
Collingwood coach Craig McRae praises Brayden Maynard after the 200-gamers difficult build-up to the North Melbourne game
"I've had a mental health (challenge) with one of my really good mates. He passed away; he took his own life a couple of Sundays ago. It is very emotional," Maynard told AFL.com.au in the rooms on Sunday.

Re: #4 Brayden Maynard
Contract watch: post 11 years' service, Maynard becomes an UFA next year. He'll still be 29 come 2025 seasons end, so I'd expect some decent offers to be floated in front of his manager.
He's as much of a part of Collingwoods DNA as we've had for the past decade and a player I wouldn't want to see part ways, but he'd be a rare commodity on any team list that requires that sort of player.

Ha, I'd never want to see Brayden Maynard traded from Collingwood, but I love to see the Melbourne supporters reactions to the rumor that he will be traded to Melbourne as a straight swap for Petracca.
Collingwood Domination. Envy of the Nation!
Re: #4 Brayden Maynard
^...but he was a mad, keen Melbourne supporter as a child! That's gotta count for something...the media always seems to think so.
