Anything is possible with Wrighty being away. Be bloody glad if he returns to Collingwood but a rumour has it that he’s headed to Tassie to oversee the new team 🙄 Who the hell knows what he will do 😳
I term the current Collingwood attack based strategy “Unceasing Waves” like on a stormy and windy day with rough seas. A Perfect Storm ☔️

Callum Brown watch- went overseas after being overlooked during the Mid-season draft- said to be in Europe before returning to Australia to give it one last shot to get onto an AFL list.

Tyler Brown watch- had been fairly ordinary for the Box Hill Hawks until three weeks ago- he has since turned in two best on grounds and was best on ground last weekend against the GWS until he snapped an achilles. Also hoping to get back onto an AFL list, but his prospects took a hit with the injury which will prevent him from training until mid-December.

It was reported if Sidey doesn’t get a contract at Collingwood his management have enquired about him going to the Suns as there looking for some experience in there team
Journalist said he wants to see him be a one club player but doesn’t think Sidey will retire if he isn’t offered a deal by Collingwood

Would love Blake back at the Pies. Media saying he met with the Tigers. I think he’d be a good replacement if Leppa goes to the Dons. Wonder who else might be available and attracted to the Fly Pies brand

If Leppitsch left, Caracella would be a good replacement.

Worked with Fly at Richmond, and is a highly experienced assistant.

UPDATE: He's re-joined Richmond's coaching ranks.

I thought Leppitsch was picking up list management in Wright’s absence now departure?

I think it would be useful to see a bit of fresh IP amongst the coaching ranks next year. Another benefit of bowing out early is we hopefully get a head start on all of that kind of stuff.

Andy Otten to replace Josh Fraser as VFL coach? Can't find anything official as yet. Maybe Josh to be promoted to an assistant coaching role? Definitely some changes in the air at the Pies. Will probably settle down post Demon demolition.

I very much hope this is baseless, but a work colleague who is in a group chat with some club-connected people told me yesterday that they'd heard talk about Bobby Hill requesting a trade to a WA team. :(

Gerard Wheatley floated this one “take it to the bank “ —a three way deal
Noble to Suns
Loukosius to Port
Huston to Us

And this rumour. 2 metre Peter a chance to us

^Would like to actually go for Lukosius, but we've ruled him out. If that were actually true and we got Houston for Nobel, I would be stoked!

As much as I want picks in the range where those twins are expected to go, Houston at 27 coming off back to back AA's would be massive! But didnt he just come out and say he was staying with Port?
