Doesnt like life as a footballer in Victoria. People recognising you in the street, etc. Too much mental strain and media pressure.

Collingwood vice-captain Taylor Adams is exploring interest from Sydney ahead of this year’s Trade Period.

Source :

According to ChatGPT4
Will Taylor Adams be traded? What AFL draft pick is Taylor Adams trade worth?
According to AFL.com.au, Taylor Adams, the Collingwood vice-captain, has requested a trade to Sydney 12. The Swans are reportedly targeting the tough midfielder and have offered him a mega deal to bolster their young midfield 2. Adams is still contracted to the Magpies for one more year, and the club has stated that he is a required player 3.

As per SEN’s Tom Morris, Collingwood could target one of Sydney’s draft picks in trade talks. Morris believes that pick 23 could suffice in a straight swap with the selection likely to slide a few slots once Academy selections come in. He also suggests that Adams’ contract status is important, and he won the Copeland Trophy in 2020 and was All-Australian in 2020 1.

However, it is not clear what draft pick Taylor Adams’ trade is worth. There is no official statement from either club regarding this matter.

Cameron Fleeton, https://www.gwsgiants.com.au/players/23 ... on-fleeton

We could be interested in a Victorian, Cameron Fleeton who's contract with GWS is coming to an end.

Don't take this to the bank....but a fairly reliable source has informed me Jack Ginnivan has been sounded out by the club on his interest in heading to Richmond. I assume it is dependent on lachie schultz being able to get to Collingwood.

^that one has been drifting in and out with the tide for a several months now that he might find himself beached at Punt Road. Suspect it's simply social media 'chat'.

This is what ChatGPT4 has to say about it -
Is there a source to the Jack Ginnivan to be traded to Richmond rumour?
Yes, there is a Reddit thread on r/RichmondFC that discusses the possibility of Jack Ginnivan being traded to Richmond. However, it is unclear whether this rumor has any basis in reality 1. According to AFL.com.au, there are rumors that Jack Ginnivan is being targeted by other clubs during this year’s trade period. However, it is not clear whether he will be traded or not.

It’s a little daunting what AI might be able to produce in a relatively short amount of time.

When asked if Lachlan Keeffe could come in to cover a gap in defence (If Murphy is forced into retirement).... Wright said "No, mate".

33 years old and yet to be signed by GWS.

Would have been pretty handy in the 2018 GF when we were down to Goldsack on Kennedy, turned out to be a shocking decision given his longevity.

Oh **** KPD injury plague we suffered deep into 2018....
We lost Moore, Reid and Dunne within weeks of each other.

Lachlan Keeffe would most likely have got a game ahead of Goldsack for size matchup on Kennedy alone; Goldy hardly disgraced himself though.

As others have pointed out, had we won that GF, we'd still most likely have Buckley at the helm, and McFly would have ended up senior coach at a shitkicker club years later.

Totally idiotic decision by Buckley to delist Keeffe; it really did the damage in the 2019PF when he kept Mihocek to almost zero stats, which ended any the dream GF vs Bitchmond the following week.

It could be argued that decision alone helped cost us not one, but two premierships in that window.

Considering Essendon just sold the farm to get McKay, Keeffe back at club for free would be a most solid and logical insurance policy....

Remember when Lachie did his knee against Adelaide and Heater had to play on that 2m-tall dude? Great win that night. And Heater not short of self-praise of course!!

IIRC, 2012 at Moron Park SA.
Keeffe playing on Kurt Tippett, did it happen innocuously in a marking contest?

Adelaide were near top of table, and we were somewhat rank underdogs to pull that off; which is when we play our best - Mission Impossible interstate trips.

Scott Lycett has interest from Collingwood for a ruck depth option. Watch this space. This could be a DFA or Rookie Selection.
