I agree with Rude let’s give it a rest
Grundy is now a Melbourne player
His contract is no longer our problem
I wish him no misfortune or injury and I won’t be booing him when we play them
Like him or not rate him or not he did his best when he donned our jumper and should be respected for that
I do agree,

But it’s the off season, silly season, nutcase season, some of its funny reading, as long as it’s respectful!

If your at the match, will you booo Grundy when he starts at the centre bounce, as Gawn says he really wants too ? Im not going, but if I did I would not boo him during the game, I dont think he deserves it. Sure, hes with that Toffy nosed team now, the enemy, but fact is, like Treloar, he did not really wat to leave us, he wanted to stay, but we showed him the door. Not as if he had a hissy fit and walked out, he was more or less forced out due to our salary cap stuff. Mind you, we did very well out of that trade, got Bobby, McStay, Mitchell, and both Cameron and Cox, have kicked right on, in his absence, so its all gogg for us in the long run. Plus Im not sure the Gawn -Grundy combo "Dream Team" is all its cracked up to be, not what the Deeeees fans thought it would be, I reckon. Grundy hasnt exactly set the world on fire there, really. Sure I hope he plays well, for them, and we win by five goals or so. But at the end of the day, I dont think we should boo him, like JHF cops every week. Thoughts ? :o

I won't be at the game but I don't think anyone should boo him.

Now that the media and others are making a thing about it, it will happen.

Mind you, neither would he accept a cut to his salary for the overall good of the team - so there's not wanting and not wanting...

Was never worth a seven year deal, but his camp pushed for it to keep Adelaide away. Never backed up his performances after he got his contract. 100% will boo him.

No I won’t boo him
I’ll actually be cheering him
Every time he taps the ball Adams or Mitchell’s throat and it gets banged inside 50 for another pies goal
Let’s face it this is a rare opportunity for him to actually tap the ball to a Collingwood player he didn’t do it when he was wearing our colours
Plus the look at the Melbourne players faces when he can’t tap the ball to them will be priceless

After 11 games of that sh**, Melbourne players must already be used to it, so I can't imagine their faces will show much.

e.g. in the Brissy v. Melb. game, Grundy put on an atrocious ruck display. (No Gawn, injured very early.) That might've come as a shock to Oliver, Petracca, Viney, Brayshaw,... but I don't think they showed it.
