Best ever the Collingwood chant against geefrickenlong in the prelim!
I have new proper hearing aides, I’m shocked by how loud somethings are.

Ultra processed foods include a lot of things you wouldn't think of. Fake milk, fake meat, bread, salad dressing etc.If we put the wrong fuel in our car, we wouldn’t expect it to run properly yet nearly half of the daily energy intake of Australian adults comes from fuel not designed for our bodies. Our bodies respond by mounting a defence that ultimately affects how well we operate and our overall health.
If we were to change one thing in our diets that could make a measurable difference to our health and how we feel, it would be minimising our consumption of ultra-processed foods, replacing them with more whole foods.

Going well thanks Laurie, currently stable at 89kg.
I still eat carbs, just not often. Nothing like chips with a steak or fish, but it's just sensible eating. Avoid sugar and starchy carbs, eat plenty of fresh protein and veges and good fats from olives, eggs and avocados.
