When in Wodonga, were you able to buy cheaper petrol from either state (NSW or VIC) depending on the price?
Yep which was handy, there was another often cheap place about 10 minutes over the border that was also close to one of my favourite bakeries so win-win.

Covid really showed the advantages of living in a border town where you can cross between them depending on what’s the better place or options at the time.

Wish I could go back there, but at least here it’s only an hour to freedom.

$2.00 a litre for diesel at Costco today. I go to fatty boombah land for organic berries, tinned choonah, Meredith goats cheese and some nuts but especially for the fuel.
