It's interesting to see that Pendles is going be playing the "Luke Hodge role" for us this year. I have faith in him, but I bet his lack of pace is going to get found out a few times, when the opposition gets it into the F5O quickly and his man is on the burst.
Averaging 23 a game this year, so on those numbers would need around 28 more matches to break the all-time (recorded) record. Do we reckon he’ll make it?

Yes, we do. He's definitely got another year in him. Luckily he mainly relies on reading the play and uncanny awareness, rather than pace. If he can remain relatively injury free, he should get there.
