They had no names in the middle but they kept winning it.
Grundy won the first half
Nice Nat the second half.
Nice Nat got long rests in the first half.
Our back up ruck in Cameron was useless.
Grundy was over cooked in the last quarter.
But hey ....most punters think Cameron is an upgrade on Cox...what a delusion that is.

Look your probably right, Cameron is probably no better then Cox both have ups and downs.

Cox is also now the wrong side of 30, he isn't going to be in our next finals team. So BOTH Cox and Cameron are stop gaps.

The sky isn't falling people, anyway who got over excited by the start of the year well your now learning again that Rome wasn't built in a day.

Conversly, the first two rounds have shown a exciting blue print of what is possible once this team has a few more years and some extra talent.

The big plus over the Buckley years is this...we can actually score! We will have some up and down games. But we had two weeks where we scored over 100 points.

It might be early, but I think it's time to get on board the Melbourne Storm.

They are everything I wish Collingwood was. Professional, tough, relentless, honest, unforgiving, ruthless and most importantly................successful.

No, they don't win all the time (8 times out of 10), but every game, every year, they give 110% and never ever let you down. And if they lose they go down swinging, which isn't often.

Collingwood, why can't you be like them?

Time to put my rose coloured glasses away.... goodness me, that was deplorable.
As others have said, WHE and Cameron are done. WHE, when did he last play a serviceable game?

The free kick and goal when Rioli fell into the post... what the?
I saw at least 3 acts by wiggles players that would see a Pies player suspended, nothing mentioned.

When's the next cricket match start?

Our last quarters are more shocking. And now it's in our heads.

At 3/4 time, who just knew we'd roll over and eventually lose?

The lack of decent forwards who can actually mark the ball and kick goals is killing us.It almost certainly cost us the last two games and will cost us many. more throughout the season. We can’t really rebuild the list until we start recruiting key forwards, not ruckmen masquerading as forwards,

Adams and De Goey in

Elliott most likely out injured so let’s say JDG for Billy

A reasonable, but not good enough, performance from a side in re-building mode. Despite all the negativity, it was our poor goal kicking efficiency which ultimately cost us the game. Nevertheless, we are still lacking a KPF.

I thought Grundy was terrific, until running out of legs in the last quarter. Maynard was terrific, as was N Daicos.

Moore was below par...again...and Callum Brown was....Callum Brown.

We desperately need an injection of class. Getting De Doey, Adams and Roughead back will improve us enormously. I'd like to see 'Magic' Johnson given a run as well.

Difficult question.
Reef McInnes really struggled tonight to impact the game.
Cal Brown impacted far more.
But can Tay Adams and Cal Brown play in the same team?
Even the idea of selecting Trey Ruscoe to rotate through the back and allow Maynard to roll through the centre is impossible, due to Ruscoe being injured.
Given the very mediocre reports regarding the performances of both Finn McCrae and Caleb Poulter in the VFL, it is clear we don't have many options available.
I guess Trent Bianco is the other option to replace Reef McInnes, and then Cal Brown makes way for Tay Adams, but that seems harsh.

I went into the game the same as every game this year. Not expecting much, just wanting to see how our new style matches up against the rest. Then we start winning, I get my hopes up, cough up 10 chances and choke in the last quarter.

The team I support.

^ I wouldn't even consider Ruscoe for the VFLW team at the moment.
