They literally just asked Mcrae 30 mins ago about Covid and the club. He said only 5 players were yet to get it…. Of those 5, some pretty important players.

I guess he didn’t know about Adams having it yet!

Gonna be tighter than many are saying, will be happy to just get the 4 points this weekend. Gotta play Callum in the guts all day, now or never and he is in good form in the magoos

I hope Adams has not been near the club recently. It would be disastrous if it spread through the team

Be ironic if we lose 12 players against West Coast. I’d play Johnson before Callum, see what he’s made of. Could do the De Goey role of mid-to-forward.

Yeah, let's throw a guy who was recruited as a key forward and plays as a key forward into the midfield for his 1st AFL game. What could possibly go wrong?

No, there isn't. It's around 3 days. He could have been infectious on the second day.

What transpired with Wet Toast will transpire with other clubs. You could cope with the loss of a couple of players, a dozen or more is a killer.

He can play mid, like Crisp can, and I never said the whole ducking game.

There's no need to be smart about it - there is a lot of available data about how quickly the present strain incubates and when it typically becomes infectious. I was trying to be helpful - if you would prefer that I not try to make informed contributions responding to posts you pose as questions, just let me know and I won't engage with you.

If you're a fan of Johnson then why wouldn't you want to give him the best opportunity to succeed?
Having him play his 1st AFL game as a mid-forward or ruck-forward (as others have suggested) would be doing him no favours.
If he's to be brought into the seniors then he should be brought in as a forward.
