I wouldn't mind him playing the last year of his contract as an development coach/player in the twos, so he could give the kids some onfield direction, like Goldsack did at Port Adelaide in 2020.

Collingwood should say stay if you are passionate about wanting to play for us, or nick off and we’ll get a real gun in exchange. Stuff niceties and begging for a guy who’s father played for us and then ran away to Melbourne.
