This is the benefit of getting a rookie coach like McRae-it allows you to get some seasoned assistant coaches underneath him.If we had got Clarkson as our senior coach we would have only been able to afford some work experience kids to come along with him.

The wraps on Leppas defensive development and strategies at Richmond were huge. Bolton will be a great sounding board and is still regarded as an astute operator, despite his time at Carlton ( and now we’re all a bit wiser as to how Carlton operates ) What’s not to like !

And Leppa is no “ yes man “ to anyone !
