Looks like I'm back to being employed. Just got an offer, start on Jan 5th subject to getting the Police check and all the paperwork done today.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.

Hah, everything. :P

You work with a portfolio and a group of managers, help them with discipline, performance management, coaching, training, provide advice on policy, guidelines and legislation, support them with OD initiatives like annual performance review or mandatory training etc. You're basically a 1 person HR department for a group of managers

At long last I had my sewer camera repaired yesterday at around 3k. Now I don't want to use it. Can you imagine sticking a 10k piece of equipment down a stinking drain?

Did you hear the story on local radio ABC Melbourne 774 where a plumber snt his sewer camera down and they found a Galah who was trapped and jumped on for the ride back? A life saved. The plumber named the Galah Alf Stewart!
