Like what I'm seeing. It's a big step but anyone with pace, goalkicking flair and mongrel... well, I'm quietly excited about what young Beau may bring.

Contested ball player who tackles hard. Can jag a goal- has done it at senior level.

Had a close look at him at training this morning. He's going to be a very good player for us. Don't know why he didn't go higher up in the draft order.

Thanks for posting this link. Outstanding insight into McCreery, particularly in the second half of the interview. He seems a very anchored person.

(Question: in S.A., has 'mates' been replaced by 'lads', like in the UK.? Asking for a 'friend'.)
