First time poster so please be gentle . Is there a users guide? I assume if I want to reply to a specific post, I hit "quote" to the right of screen, otherwise , just like this, it just goes on the end of the multiple posts?
Yes, that’s right. If you’re responding to someone’s recent post, it’s generally not necessary to quote (eg, like I haven’t quoted yours - you know I’m responding to you). Maybe read the “Replying to a quoted quote” sticky to avoid one particularly irritating problem. There are, of course, forum rules (the link is at the very top of the page). Generally, just have a go - you’ll find it isn’t difficult once you’ve done it a couple of times.
