Collingwood win first women's premiership in VFLW grand final triumph

"Outstanding performances by Jaimee Lambert and Stacey Livingstone have led Collingwood to the 2019 VFLW premiership, the Pies defeating the Western Bulldogs by 37 points at Ikon Park on Sunday.

Collingwood, who finished on top of the VFLW ladder, lost to the Bulldogs earlier in the finals series but made up for that result with a tough, clean and patient display in the season decider, running out 7.10 (52) to 2.3 (15) winners.

The win is a significant milestone for Collingwood, who have struggled in the first three seasons of the AFLW and lost in the preliminary final of the 2018 VFLW season despite a strong performance. It is the club's first women's premiership, including their netball team."

to me the vfl w is a lot more harder premiership to win then the over rated afl w comp vfl oges for longer and the afl version is heaps more over rated due to the money been spent on it.

To me vfl w is better value and is more of a worthy win then the over rated afl w comp
