Wayne Siekman (Head Coach) Now officially departed

To sack, or not to sack?

That is the question.

There's been talk of a split with he and the players which led to many of them leaving the club last year. After coaching the club to a 1-6 record, is it time for him to step aside?

Richard Osborne

54 years of age. Had a wonderful AFL career and has coaching experience, winning a VAFA premiership in 2010. Played 2 seasons for Collingwood to end his AFL career.

Craig Starcevich

51 years of age and currently coaching Brisbane's AFLW team. Would be hard to get him to leave Brissy, but as a premiership player, maybe it's time to come home? (His son plays for the VFL squad).

Wayne wishes to point out that P35 has fallen woefully short of the quorum required to sack him.

Maybe 4 is a quorum... as long as those four are Board Members and not just Nickster Bums.

Wayne Siekman sucks!

It seems everyone is happy that he is gone. Wonder if it was he that cost us the players that went to North?

^ Update:

"Lions women's chief executive Bree Brock told the AFL Women's website that dehydration following a bike ride had left the 52-year-old with an elevated heart rate."
