Not a new series but latest series of Ray Donovan. Geez I love this show, and Liev Schreiber. Watched it from the start and it hasn't dropped the ball in any series. Will be devastated if they decide to can it.

New DC series on Netflix, Titans.

https://www.netflix.com/au/title/80218200

based on the old DC Comics Teen Titans, headlines the original Robin, Dick Grayson seemingly in his transtion to nightwing.

Aint no Disney program, similar vibe to Daredevil.

Conversations with a killer. The Ted Bundy tapes.

While most people with an interest in true crime would be familiar already with the crimes of the infamous serial killer Ted Bundy this 4 part series is excellent because of it's extensive use of archival news footage and present day interviews with some of those involved in bringing Bundy to justice.

Not a series but a movie, 'No Country for Old Men' - on SBS tonight at 8:30pm.

Outstanding movie. Written and directed by the Cohen brothers (based on a book of the same name by Cormac McCarthy).

IMO one of the best movies to come out this century.

(If you miss it tonight it will probably still be available on the SBS On Demand website for a while.)

I agree it is good, not my normal fare, but Tommy Lee Jones is brilliant in everything! Very gritty, and leaves a weird feeling.

couldnt get into the Bundy thing,

looking for something different to watch in the gym, when we cleaned out the inlaws house i found some boxed sets, so started on the west wing. it was sinking until martin Sheen came on, man is he good! really enjoying it now. and there is always Rob Lowe!!

im guessing not too many here have even heard of Frankie and Grace, Sheen is in that too, and hes good but its Jane Fondas show, cant believe how old she is, cosmetic surgery done so right!!. its a nice light romp with some lessons and messages chucked in there.

I liked the first one more. To me this jumps around too much stuffing up the continuity between episodes.

Maybe I';ll watch it again in the off season.

I get an English channel here and get new series of Vera (a mature British detective) and Endeavour (Inspector Morse as a sgt in 60s England). Never saw them in Australia so new to me. Nobody does detective dramas better than the poms.
Annoying opposition supporters since 1967.
