210 km "Around the Bay in a Day" beckons. I'm off to bed & will be up at 4am have to be at StKilda by 4.40 & then proceed to Albert Park for the start at about 5.30 am. (so 210 ride & the extras of riding to Albert Park & back when I finish)

First we go to the West Gate Bridge, through Geelong to Queenscliff. Lunch and a ferry to Sorrento, then back to Albert Park.

Not as prepared as I was last year but here goes!

Anyone lactic acid deficient? I have plenty to spare. Felt it in my thighs today.

In preparation for “Around the Bay in a Day” on 6 October 2019. Yesterday with 5 others took a train to Frankston then rode to Dromana along Nepean Highway had a coffee (and a flat tyre) then rode back home 100 km’s

No Queensland ride this year
