The last episode I watched (No.4) was a little slow but if you enjoy watching documentaries on 9/11, the war on terrorism or the inner workings of American government and it's institutions during significant periods or events then you'll find something to enjoy like me.Jezza wrote:I haven't seen it yet, but I'm keen to watch it Swoop.
What have your thoughts been on the series so far?
I haven't read the book but the life journey of F.B.I. agent John O'Neill a central character seems a total work of fiction and yet it isn't.
If you aren't familiar with him or googled like I couldn't resist then don't if you want to be surprised by how the series will end.
He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD!
A new show called The Terror dropped today and it looks like a ripper if you enjoy a good scare.

Mystery Road, ABC TV Sunday nights & iView.
This is a pearler on FTA. Sunday nights at 8.30pm.
Aaron Pederson, Judy Davis, Colin Friels, Debra Mailman and John Waters.
Outback noir set in the East Kimberleys. Acting, writing, cinematography, direction and music: all darn terrific.
Directed by Charlie Perkins daughter Rachel.

Might have a look, cheers for that although I only have access to FTA, Netflix and StanMugwump wrote:A year old now, so not that new, but "The Marvelous Mrs Maisel", on Amazon. Witty, feminist in a generous way, spirited and often laugh out loud. If WPT still visits here, I imagine he would love it, given its homage to great Jewish humor.
