FWIW I don't think this has anything to do with Essendon/ASADA. Noting that the paper reported the arrest being in relation an allegation of "trafficking a drug of dependence", I really don't think it's in relation to PED's.glasseyevfx wrote:I'm betting that there is suspicion that he has withheld information during the initial investigation and they are looking to see if there is anything else that should be brought forward. The whole thing is a joke; bombers got off light and the afl came out smelling less than pristine. Its a stain that won't go away for decades.
Obviously we don't know how MT has become involved in all of this, but I really hope for his sake it's just a bit of bad luck.

You didn't read my post properly. I said I doubt it's related to PED's (PERFORMANCE ENHANCING drugs). I suspect it's something far more sinister.Albert Parker wrote:^Sure, the bikie staying in his place last week just slipped through his usual air-tight AirBNB selection processes.

He has an excellent footy brain, and on that basis alone, you would have considered him in the event of Buckley departing.think positive wrote:Gulp.
Yep I did.
Phew
However, when I heard about his mental state last year after the fallout of the supplements saga and something that has continued to affect him to this day, I didn't think he would have been a good candidate for the job even in the event that a vacancy opened up at the club.
I think it's likely he won't return to the game in any capacity. Sounds like he's completely fallen out of love with it.

A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned!
Judging by that, I think TP likes coaches to be a little crazy.Presti35 wrote:http://www.magpies.net/nick/bb/viewtopi ... c&start=15simon tonna wrote:yes they did.E wrote:didnt most people last year insist that Bomber Thompson should replace buckley as coach???
