Interesting to see that Paul Reiffel has progressed through the ranks as an umpire and will umpire his first Sheffield Shield match which is due to be his comeback game.

It would be good to see a fresh face as an umpire :)

It is refreshing to finally see another former test player progressing as an umpire, I think more former players should be encouraged to give it a go.

Maybe he can make up some interesting gestures like Billy Bowden from New Zealand has done.
