Straight Sets for the cats coming AGAIN!!!
i am so pleased that the Cats are going down in straight sets again!!! They deserve it. they are so over rated. they have a ridiculous home ground advantage and always finish higher than they deserve. I think i'd rather Collingwood's list than their right now for 2018 and beyond.
There are no shortcuts to rebuilding. the cats are going to find this out the hard way!!!

I saw the game last night,or at least half of it,it was so boring I had to switch off at half time and watch something more interesting. But anyway, what struck me about Geelong was how bloody slow they were.I reckon they're the only team in the competition that actually makes us look quick.I think that's why we've had a good record against them in recent years. It's the fast teams, like Port Adelaide, that really worry us.
They really were smashed last night.
Their list management will be interesting with Mackie and Lonergan retiring.
Might even include Ablett and Stringer in and Motlop and Menzel out.
The moment they traded in Stanley, they lost the plot.
When the fall comes, it will be swift and dramatic.

A vastly overrated team. A couple of stars at the top, but too many mediocre players on the list.
Trading in Ablett next year will help to bring their dropoff even closer. Only reason they're performing as well as they have is that the comp is very even without the dominant teams at the top and they have the right age profile.

Well done boys!
I look forward to us "dropping off" from 3 flags in 5 years to finish second most years, too.AN_Inkling wrote:A vastly overrated team. A couple of stars at the top, but too many mediocre players on the list.
