Smith is the carryover emergency and trained with seniors.

Seen White, Dunn, Oxley,Berg, O'Keeffe ... not sure re Thomas, but he is still a rookie anyway.

It makes sense for Smith to be the carry over, as we need to get games and time on the ground for the Berg, Daics Brown
Whilst it would not hurt Smith to play at the lower level to get some confidence it does not seem to be working for White Mayne Aish and Blair

Unfortunately, the majority of the AFL listed Collingwood players taking part today simply do not look up to VFL standard.
