Really dislike the idea, id much prefer 2 divisions with promotion and relegation.

That's how to include the lower clubs, and still keep people invested. They can do the draft from both combined, same as now 1-18, etc.

Although I'd still include our 'finals' system, say a top 5 (as per when we had 12 sides) and not just a league result.

If you want to stop tanking then give the number one draft pick to 9th, 2nd pick to20th down to 18 and then 10th pick to 8th. 19thgoes to last as is the case now.
