NEW GOLD Coast chief executive Mark Evans has fired back in the slanging match with Port Adelaide, boldly declaring the Suns will wear their home strip when the clubs clash in a historic match in China.
Power president David Koch has told Gold Coast if the Suns wear their red-and-gold jumpers, which bear China's national colours, on May 14 it will be the last time they are invited to Shanghai.
"We've got the power to sulk, its the new Port Adelaide tradition".
David Koch is an embarrassment to the PAFC and to the AFL.
Considering this fixture could completely derail the season the Suns are on a winner. Just goes to show it is all about PAFC and not the AFL. Koch will be sitting in 1A with Gil in 1B. Meanwhile half of the Port members will be worrying what happens when the factory closes and the mob they worked for for 25 years is setting up in China.
