I read something how he left us because of financial issues. he had been a long term public servant and something to do with his Super meant he had to go back to the public service. 12 months back there resolved that, and he then got picked up by Hawthorn and so on.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.
