Stating the obvious but Selwood and Dangerfield would look good in black and white.

Give the guy a break. It looked like he was acknowledging the umpire, and as for smiling, everyone looks like they are smiling when they wear a mouth guard. Brad Johnson always looked like he was smiling, even after being punched in the balls.
