Victoria v Queensland - Pura Cup
OK, Bushies, show us it was no fluke.
To kick off the season with two wins against the Bulls ?
I'd like to see that.

White won the toss and elected to bat.
The Bushies got off to a good start and after 10 overs, are 0/28.
Spinner, Bryce McGain has been included in the Vics' eleven so they must be expecting some turn. With the all-rounders, Jonathon Moss and Andy McDonald, able to give good back up to Matthew Inness and Mick Lewis, they could afford such an attack.

Donny. i must be out of the loop here... why are Vic and Qld playing consecutive Pura cup games? Is this happening with all the other states too? Or are Qld lulling us into a false sense of security down here before they get all their guns back from India, and ambush us in the final like their friggin' footy team did?

The stumps score is 6/255 with White being dismissed from the first ball of what was to be the last over. Moss is 20 n.o.
It's hard to tell, from afar, just who got the better of the day. It looks to have been slightly in The Bulls' favour but the wicket might have been a bit two paced and not conducive to quick scoring.
There were 33 maidens from the 95.1 overs bowled.

Thanks for the updates again Donny! I actually saw a report about this game on the news tonight suprise suprise but it was right at the end of the sport section of course. It is a low scoring game but the way they talked about it was like Victoria played better but who knows. Nice to see Elliot in good form. Go Vics! I agree this draw is pathetic also.
