Who would you choose to bat for your life.

Post by Blanch »

There's been a bit of a debate about who's the best batsman. I believe there's a difference in who you'd choose to bat for your life.

I chose my mum because she would care so much more than the others. In reality, I'd go to war under Steve Waugh so it would have to be him.

I'd opt for my M9, Anthony 'Charlie' Ciconte, to bat for my life but as Blanch didn't include him in the options, it has to be Steve Waugh.
Donny.

It's a game. Enjoy it. :D

my mum cannot bat for anything...
i would have gone for ponting before he went out today against new zealand but now im not too sure.
i think gilly is awesome, if i had to choose an australian it would be him, but hodge-a would be a close second ( go the vics)
international wise it would be brian lara, i think he is a champion
but my brother would be the best, he is a bowler but bats at 11 and made 50 one day. :D

I chose HAL, because he would annoy the bowlers to death.
He's also polling level with Brian Lara and our mums, all on 9%!!

Even if he was facing Glenn McGrath, in the zone with his tail up?

Trinidadian is the term you were after, CC.

Piedys, are you implying that HAL may be a switch hitter. I certainly hope that you're not accusing him of batting for the other team!!!
he's an animal, what can u expect!!!

Switched circuits can lead to switch hitting I suppose..and he has taken a liking to Go Rupert and Joel lately. HAL, are you a pink robot?
