^^^ Yes. It would have been better if Ronaldo had given away the losing penalty with about 7 seconds to go in injury time at the end of extra time.

The Guardian has an article online asking whether this was the worst match ever at a major tournament.
Meanwhile, what we know so far about the quarterfinals is that Portugal will play Poland, Belgium will meet Wales, Germany will play either Italy or Spain and Iceland will rout France (after Iceland smites England).
