Billy Bowden, the umpire from NZ (I think). What a funny man to watch. I crack up every time the man signals a six with a jump and hop... LOL... Then he has the usher style "Please come through" Four runs signal... And lastly the Dreaded Curling Finger, You're out. Andy Bichel was making curled finger signal when McGrath got a wicket against Namibia and was pissing himself laughing!

He's an entertainer, but he is a first rate umpire to back it up. He looks to have a good temperament and people skills to handle the job. He has impressed me more than most in recent years, both Intl and Australian umps.
he's an animal, what can u expect!!!
