The appealing James Hird loses again
Hird took his insurance company (insuring re legal matters) to court as they would not pay him after he lost his various court cases.
Hird loses this case, he owes about $660,000 on the case he was appealing. I understand there will be additional legal costs now.
Interestingly, an anonymous benefactor has paid Hirds previous debt to ASADA of about $750,000

Now if a mysterious benefactor would like to pay off my morgage please pm me I don't appeal anywhere near as much as James does
In the wash up I suppose it was never about James Hird

This is what happens when you live in denial and take legal advice from your arrogant self entitled wife.
Just to think this could have all been avoided if they approached it in the same manner as Cronulla did.
I suspect the the players will have the same degree of success in respect to their current proceedings. There is no way they can win after having taken the actions and decisions they have made to date into account.

I'm tipping even Paul Little whipped his hands of Hird a long time ago. Probably why he went down this road to get cash off the insurance company. Reckon the lawyers see the Hirds as THE biggest cash cow in a long time and are milking it for all it's worth. And he is stupid enough to keep listening to their advice.
